Welcome to Venya Son Shop. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders & Products
- All products are created by an independent artist.
- Some items are print-on-demand, others are limited or prepaid drops.
- Product descriptions include production, shipping times, and any special conditions.
- Prices are listed in [€], including applicable taxes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Print-on-Demand:
- Production: 5–7 business days
- Shipping: up to 7 business days
- Total: up to 14 business days worldwide
Limited / Prepaid Products:
- Shipped weekly on Friday (or before/after if Friday is a holiday)
- Europe: ~5 business days, Rest of world: up to 15 business days
- All shipments include tracking and insurance
Please note: This is a small independent shop; all packaging and shipping are handled personally.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply to print-on-demand, made-to-order, or limited items (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Refunds or returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, if reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All other sales are final.
4. Privacy & Data
- Personal data is collected only to fulfill orders, process payments, and send newsletters to past customers.
- Data may be shared with: shipping providers, POD partners, and payment processors.
- Data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
- Customers have rights to access, correct, or delete their data under GDPR.
5. Payments
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and [Apple Pay if enabled].
- Payment is required to confirm an order.
- Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
6. Liability
- The shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen events outside our control.
- Damaged or lost packages are handled according to shipping carrier policies.
