This shop is run independently and offers print-on-demand products, limited editions, and prepaid drops, many of which are produced specifically for each customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Print-on-Demand Products
All print-on-demand items are produced specifically after an order is placed.
For this reason:
- Returns or refunds are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference
Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.
Limited Drops & Prepaid Products
Limited edition and prepaid items are:
- Produced in small quantities
- Often made only after the drop closes
- Not restocked once sold out
For these items:
- All sales are final
- The right of withdrawal does not apply
Specific production and shipping details are always stated in each product description.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- With a manufacturing or printing defect
- Or if the wrong item was sent
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, I will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund if replacement is not possible
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective goods.
Lost Shipments
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, I will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with the shipping carrier’s claim process.
Important Notes
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Each case is handled fairly and individually.
